Pain seems excessive: I am not sure what a drug pump is. However there are numerous causes of cramping your muscles in the feet. To name a few of the causes one could be dehydrated , two overuse of the muscles or possibly needing electrolytes. The description you give about the amount of pain you are experiencing however I don’t feel is consistent with these possibilities. I would seek medical attention. Specialist.

CRPS: See a pain doc. We do NOT recommend pumps as a 1st choice, but have had success with spinal stimulator implants, as well as ketamine infusions( these are not widely available and not covered by insurance). Weight bearing is important as soon as you can tolerate it to help overcome the loss,of bone mass and muscle bulk. Call today, there is no time to wait. Good luck
