See MD ASAP: If you had recent foot surgery or injury and experience new swelling and pain - it is ALWAYS. serious concern. Possible infection or derp venous thrombosis ( blood cloth) has to be ruled out. Post operative inactivity is high risk situation for increased blood clothing. See your MD ASAP or go to Emergency room
