Im overweight I have started a weight loss program but Im worried about all the pain Ive been in months I could barely walk my ankles hurt my feet hips down my leg and my legs can barely hold my weight. Is this all my weight or is it something bad?
Numbness down leg and foot (sciatic). Then calf muscle locked up. Main pain in outer calf. Now in inside calf. Can barely walk, goin on 1 1/2 mnth.
I have heel pain. The pain has been going up the back of my calf to the back of my knee. I can barely walk on it. This has happened once before.
When i walk briskly, the muscle on the outer leg between the ankle and calf cramps up so badly that I have to stop walking. How can I prevent this?
If i keep having bad leg cramps to where i can't walk should I take a few days off of being on my feet it hurt that bad in the upper leg part?
