Leg pain : This can be a very long discussion as your symptoms can be due to osteoarthritis, poor circulation and current medical problems making it worse. It is important to know how well controlled is your blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes. Please discuss it personally with a physician.

Agree with Dr. K: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!

Vascular surgeon: You have a complicated history in view of coronary artery disease and aneurysm surgery. In view of both lower extremity symptoms, I would be concerned about blockage high up at the level of the abdominal aorta or both iliac arteries. Spinal stenosis is another possibility causing your leg symptoms. I recommend consulting a vascular surgeon to evaluate &advise you. Collaboration with your MD need
