I have persistent fasciculations in the palm of my hand localised only to the muscle below the little finger. twitches have a fluttering sensation and are barely visible to the eye and are intermittent throughout the day. occuring for 1-2 weeks?

Maybe nothing: Fasiculations occur in normal people from time to time, often not visible to others but easily felt by you. They can be related to muscle strain, electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, and often have no obvious cause. If of short duration (a week or two), I'd leave it alone and see if it's not self-limiting.. If persistent, a neurologist should be consulted.
