Clinical Exam: First, you need to go to see your PCP. They will do a thorough clinical exam, and sort through all of your symptoms. After this, they will take blood work, and do a work up. You may need an EMG/NCV Study (a study of your nerves) There are many things that can cause your symptoms. Sometimes, its as simple as lack of sleep,or dehydration, and you need to replenish the electrolytes in your body.
