SEE A DOCTOR: Two very different issues. Gynecomastia is enlarged breast tissue and should not necessarily be lopsided or a painful mass. Go get this evaluated as soon as possible.. ADHD need to be evaluated to see if you have the signs and symptoms

Now: First things first: make an appointment with your doctor to assess the painful mass on your chest. When that is resolved talk to your doctor about your concerns of ADHD. He can refer you for an assessment if indicated. Good luck!
