Not too old!: Your headaches could be migraine or even tension headaches. Other symptoms of migraine include light sensitivity, nausea/vomiting and you may get a sensation before it starts (aura). Tension headaches can involve the neck and go from the back of the head to the top of the head. Treatment will depend on the diagnosis and sometimes a neurologist can help. If there is any question of Covid, get test

COVID 19 concerns: We can't diagnose the cause of your headaches. That really would require a medical evaluation. Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6 F (37.5 C), Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell. If this has gone on from months as a single symptom, it makes COVID less likely.

Approach: Yes, you could have migraine, but headaches could be due to neck arthritis, sinus, dental, jaw issues, even arteritis. This needs to be sorted out. Contact a neurologist and get this pinpointed.
