I may have possibly been exposed at work to covid 19. were awaiting their results. i had a migraine on tuesday and have suffered with a constant severe headache since. do i need to get tested or is this more likely an aftermath of the migraine?

COVID 19 concerns: If you only have one symptom - it makes COVID 19 less likely. However, since COVID 19 can be asymptomatic- it can't be ruled out without testing. A telemedicine consult with your provider may help to determine cause. Take care.
