First period: Sounds like you are having your first period. Even if you started birth control postpartum, with all the changes in your hormone levels, you can still have a period. Can even be heavier or lighter than your prepregnancy periods were. Do not recommend unprotected sex unless you don't mind another addition to the family soon!
