A member asked:

Once a month i get a feeling of flutter in stomach and fullness in vagina, not pregnant, 7 months pp c section, irregular bleeding as breast feeding?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not sure: Fluttering is usually either intestinal movements or a baby moving. If you are sure you're not preg. . . I'm thinking it's your bowels. The fact that it's once a month is confusing, esp if you're not ovulating regularly. But ovulation can cause a feeling of fullness. Your vagina may feel different while breast feeding due to lack of estrogen. I would give it time, see what happens after weaning.
