I hit my head on the corner of a metal box. it really hurt and now i have a actually dent in my head. it didn't bleed at all but i do have a bit of a headache. should i just monitor it for a few days?

Yes but...: Most likley you will be ok. But sometimes head injuty like this can cause concussion. Watch for warngin symptoms - headache, mental slowness, vision changes, nuasea, anxiety , excessive sleepiness, .. it may be mild to more severe. Put ice on sore area and monitor it . If any above changes see Docotor promptly .
