The upper soft tissue of the mouth is sore. tonsils have been removed at the age of 5 , but there are white patches around tonsils area. no fever, no fatigue, no loss of appetite, everything is normal. just sore throat 2-3 months long?

Oral examination: Cultures and cytology may be indicated based on your description. Use antiseptic rinses, see your dentist and PCP. A throat culture may indicate the cause. Avoid smoke exposure and other irritants.
