Pain Right rib area: From what you are describing it could be a musculoskeletal pain in the rib area brought on by some trauma. If less likely gall bladder related issue and the other possibility is nerve pain radiating secondary to a disc related problem in the back. you can do some heat packs and if the pain persists or gets worse or new symptoms develop then seek medical attention.
