Every few weeks, when i wake up i'm incredibly dizzy and nauseous for the day. the only time the world stops spinning is when i'm lying down. my vision blur. it lasts a day or 2. is it a type of panic attack or diabetes?

Vertigo: What you are describing sounds like a type of vertigo, which is often due to an inner ear dysfunction. Ideally you should be evaluated by a neurologist Most commonly this is a disturbing, but benign condition.
