? 2 questions: I am assuming you are asking 2 different questions here. With regard to ECG, those findings are very nonspecific and hard to determine if they are of significance without any more clinical information. With regard to the blood sugar , that level postprandial indicates he is diabetic and needs a full workup and treatment for that disease. If he is overweight, needs to work on losing some weight.
