What do you suggest if my ecg report says 'sinus rhythm r-s transition zone in v leads displaced to the right. what does it mean ?

Clockwise: It means that when you were born, your heart was rotated just a little tiny bit counter-clockwise in your chest. It has NO clinical significance. Doctors report it to prove that they were awake when they were reading EKGs. Forget it!
