SOUNDS DIFFICULT: Whatever the way of living has been, it doesn't seem successful. Anxiety and depression are hard to bear & hard to live with. Maybe time to take all to a therapist and see what can be done to change things. This does not have to be permanent. Sometimes one personalone cannot find a better way. The chances improve when a thearpist witha different view joins in.
