A member asked:

I have painless, rectal bleeding when i i presume that it piles because the blood is bright red but sometimes dark and the bleeding doesnt happen often. im under 40. should i be worried?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Get it checked: It can certainly be internal piles but there are other causes as well. Would recommend getting it looked at. Have a healthy diet, rich in fibers and drink plenty of water. Exercise regularly, sleep well. Minimize irritants like alcohol, caffeine.
