I have aches in my belly, just above my bladder, it has been going on for some time now and its getting worse, what can it be?

The last three days Iv gone to the bathroom with a full bladder at least 15 times a night and have had pain in my stomach like a sore bladder or kidneys which I'm not sure about?
I have been having cramping and lower back and stomach aches for 5-6 days now. I've missed my monthly cycle by a few days, which worries me; but was told that it may be my gall bladder that was an issue (causing the pain). Any insight would be nice.
