Doctor can evaluate: Urinary tract symptoms or infections are rather common. It happens to many people, all over the world. A person with possible UTI symptoms needs to see her doctor to get a urine test, and antibiotics if the test results suggest infection. Also, there are some less common medical disorders that cause UTI symptoms, but are not infections.
