For the last 3 days, every time i drink something it feels like some of it comes right back up to my throat and i start burping. i also make my self cough because im afraid ill aspirate. does not happen with food at all. no pain. esophageal cancer?

Regurgitation: Your symptom is regurgitation and likely due to esophageal dysmotility. If persistent, obstruction should be ruled out with a barium swallow or endoscopy. While a tumor is in the differential diagnosis. a motility disorder or diverticulum is more likely, especially if you're a non-smoker and at your age.
