Starting in august: lower abdominal pain and loss of appetite. i have lost 13 lbs. i had a normal cbc and abdominal ultrasound. i had a normal ct scan. b12 plasma test was 1700. should i be worried. still have abdominal pain?

Further evaluation: Yes, this needs further evaluation, weight loss , abdominal pain and loss of appetite are significant symptoms. Not sure if you have seen a gastroenterologist and had an endoscopy and colonoscopy done. Without this the work up will be incomplete. Also any family history of colon cancer, any change in bowel movements. If yes then all the more reason to get the above tests done.
