When you are ready: If the kid is playful, walking around, drinking & feeding well you may be able to monitor for a while. If the kid is lethargic, feeding poorly, drinking little etc. you need to go now.

Pink eye: Your child may have bacterial conjunctivitis or pink eye. Please see your PCP, control fever with Tylenol or Motrin, and provide fluids. Nasal saline and cool air mist may help to control the cough.
