I have been on my period for 10 days. i have no period pains (which i usually have) and nausea. i pass large clots and the bleeding is really heavy, on some days i have to change my pad almost every hour. i do have a bit of a fever as well.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. Take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia from blood loss. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
