Most likely a viral infection. A basal body temp of 34.6 is low. Try taking it with a rectal thermometer (more accurate in infants). You can give acetaminophen infant drops for fever/pain, make sure she is taking enough fluids (keep offering her formula- frequently). And if the distress lasts longer than 48 hours take her to see her pediatrician.
