A member asked:

My younger, had a basal cell skin cancer in 2007. it started as a pimple, which started to expand despite antibiotics. in 2017, the sore deteriorated. he was diagnosed with cancer and his face was reconstructed in australia. but a new sore developed?

Need to see doctor: A second basal cell skin cancer is not uncommon and it is imperative that your brother see a doctor to address the issue before a new cancer destroys normal tissue. Wish you and your brother good health!
