You should see a: doctor. This sounds like it could be an abscess and you may need it to be opened and drained (not by you, but by a medical professional) and yes, you may also need antibiotics.

Seek evaluation: It sound like your pimple has evolved into a more severe infection. Please seek help from your primary physician or urgent care. You might start with hot compresses in the area while you get the medical attention, but most probably you will need drainage of the area and antibiotics. Please get this checked!
