Your GP: Your primary care physician would be in the best position to help. Doctor's notes cannot cover retroactive symptoms not reported at the time they happened for legal purposes, an exam is usually needed and tight follow up as many employers ask also for a work release. Objective evidence such as temperature, heart or breathing rate, abnormal findings on exam are required to support documentation.
