A doctor has provided 1 answer

Back pain: Most back pain will get better without surgery. Conservative measures like physical therapy, chiropractic care, exercise, and over the counter pain medications are a better option than narcotic pain medications. Follow your doctor's advice, and consider asking for a referral for physical therapy If your pain has lasted more than three weeks, imaging with an MRI may be considered next!
