Concern: I know you are worried because you would expect your numbers to be higher. The fact that it went up that much in 24 hours is actually a good thing. One would not expect to see a sac in the uterus until it got higher 900-1000 on transvaginal ultrasound. Please stay in touch with your fertility doctor and let him continue to monitor you with ultrasounds.
