Hi. my wife is pregnant and has fibroids. she is complaining the entire weekend of sharp pains and mostly cannot walk because of the pain. should i take her to hospital?

Most definitely: Yes, with either pregnancy or fibroids there can be complications that can cause abdominal pains. Since the pain is significant and severe enough to affect walking it needs to be evaluated further. Please take her to hospital so that this can be looked into. Wish her a safe and healthy pregnancy.
