Most definitely: Yes, with either pregnancy or fibroids there can be complications that can cause abdominal pains. Since the pain is significant and severe enough to affect walking it needs to be evaluated further. Please take her to hospital so that this can be looked into. Wish her a safe and healthy pregnancy.
