My wife had fibroids taken out, there were outside uterus, then she got pregnant and had normal vaginal delivery, 2nd delivery can be normal or not?

Yes.: It is more likely that a 2nd pregnancy will be normal if the first was normal. However, only her Obstetrician will be able to say for sure based on evaluations from regular prenatal visits.
