I have this small hole on my bikini line (inner left thigh) and it doesnt hurt. i thought it came from a bad heat rash and i had it on both sides but the right side healed easily. the left i just cant get it to heal. i keep it clean the best i can?

Possible cyst: Sometimes a draining cyst can form in this area. It might be an enlarged pore that can secrete either clear fluid or pus. Sometimes this stems from waxing this area and is due to a disruption of a hair follicle. See dermatologist for eval and possible tx
