I was just prescribed 10mg of valium 2x per day about a week ago. yesterday for a badly infected cut on my finger that had to be cut and drained, i was prescribed amoxicillin 875-125mg 2x a day. is there interaction they came from different docs?

No: Known drug-drug interaction between Valium and Augmentin. Specific side effects to each of them still apply. If used same pharmacy, your pharmacist will also be a good resource going forward.
