Lump: Sorry. Not enough information to narrow down a diagnosis, and thus appropriate treatment. Standard of Care is that all children see a Dentist (preferably a children's dental specialist, a Pedodontist) at eruption of 1st baby tooth but no later than 1st b'day. Take your child to a professional for diagnosis and appropriate treatment t.
