Acne comedone: If the dead skin cells in the skin pore get trapped (and mixed with some oils) but don't form a hard lump; when the lump is squeezed, the mixture comes out like a long thing. However, the squeezing may start an inflammatory reaction and cause a pustule or pimple to form the next day or two.
