I take trintellix daily, and lorazepam as needed for anxiety and sleep. 1-2 times a week at night. i consumed 6-7 drinks 24 hours ago. can i take 1mg lorazepam now? i do not combine and did not take lorazepam prior to drinking. i do not drink often?

Dangerous practice: I must say that having 6 to 7 alcoholic beverages is quite excessive. You should not be using any alcohol if you take Trintellix or if you use Lorazepam. This doesn't mean that you try to careful time doses between alcohol use - it means avoiding alcohol use. Suggest you hold off on Lorazepam. Please let your prescribing provider know about your alcohol use.
