One drink yes: Multiple drinks no. It may worsen your acid reflux. Do not get drunk on depakote. Both get metabolized through the liver, an organ you do not want to mess with. Also, intoxication would make it all the more likely that your mood would again become unstable or if you're taking it for seizures that you could have a seizure.

Alcohol: Probably safe in that 24hours has passed. Careful however not to take at the same time as they potentiate each other.
