Nasal saline: Rinse with nasal saline and the use of a nasal steroid may be used to decrease inflammation. This is found over the counter, and used once daily may relieve symptoms. Avoid smoke, common allergens and consider allergy testing. If there is a cough associated for more than one week, please see your PCP.

Sinutab overuse: Sounds like you have allergies, and chronic use of Sinutab has as l spray is not the way to treat them. This medicine is designed to be used only 1-3 days for acute symptoms, NOT long term. Start with nasal saline to clear congestion. If that's not helping, try OTC allergy medication such as Claritin. If ongoing problems, see doctor about use of nasal steroids and possible allergy testing.
