Sinus infection: You may have a sinus infection in what is called your maxillary sinuses. It is best to treat these with antibiotics if they don't resolve on their own. Present to your primary physician and he or she will prescribe the course of their choice. Stop the nasal spray and if you smoke or use any drugs stop that also because it can make you more susceptible to these infections. You should see ENT also

Nasal discharge: Did this follow a head cold? Associated cheek discomfort is characteristic of a sinus infection for which a course of an appropriate antibiotic would be prescribed. I recommend you contact your physician or an Otolaryngologist for evaluation and/or treatment.
