I suffer fibromyalgia, i was cleared of any arthritis but have stiffness&pain in multiple muscles& joints, especially hip&shoulders, signs of rem behaviour disorder and internal tremor. referred to neurologist.could this be early onset parkinson's?

Fibromyalgia ?'s: Multiple sites of joint discomfort do not usually occur with Parkinson's. A "REM behavior disorder/internal tremor" may need a neurologist opinion and other testing to determine the cause.
