Hemorrhoid ?'s: Whenever hemorrhoids occur, any current remedy is not going to remove pain, burning caused by hemorrhoids. A partial remedy is to obtain lidocaine ointment, which can lessen the pain immediately prior to trying to sleep. Your 2nd degree tear will take some time to heal completely: warm soaks (as warm as one can stand!) will help reduce swelling and pain.
