3 weeks post partum. i had a 2nd degree tear and have been suffering from hemorrhoids since. is preparation h suppositories safe to take? i inserted one earlier and sinxe then i have had increased pressure on my bladder/vagina. is this related?

Call your OB MD: Your OB MD can provide a much more effective Rx for hemorrhoids than Preparation H. Placing anything in the rectum will cause increased pressure in this area post partum especially after a second degree tear.
