A member asked:

I went to a chiro because i had sciatica. he did an xray which showed bone spurs. i also have some osteoma on my head and fibroid. so he did a test to check of i have arthritis and it came back negative. but my crp said 24h. should i see a specialist?

Antiinflam lifestyle: First, for your sciatica, if your chiropractor can help you with it, then you will be satisfied. But please know that an x-ray showing bone spurs does not necessarily speak to the cause of YOUR sciatica. The osteoma and fibroids are likely incidental (Unrelated). Arthritis is also likely unrelated. Elevated CRP can be from general inflammation and may be managed by adjusting diet/lifestyle.
