Why is my left shoulder snapping and cracking 2-4 times doing simple movements such as grab a remote, stretching it out, or just moving it a little? i have no pain, if i do its very minor. full range of movement. i cant stop thinking about it?

Get it checked: You're describing what is called 'crepitus': a popping or snapping sound when move shoulder, which is a ball and socket joint attached to muscles, tendons, cartilage, bone. It is a complicated joint and the snap, whether it is associated with or without pain, could represent a significant abnormality. Check with orthopod with special interest in shoulders.
