I fell onto my shoulder/back a few days ago and my left shoulder blade can hurt now, particularly when breathing deeply or with certain movements etc?

Left shoulder trauma: May be musculoskeletal or could have had fracture. Whenever pain does not subside after 2-3 days you need a xray after trauma. rarely want to make sure no lung injury like pneumothorax. F/u w/ urgent care today, if short of breath go to ER.
