See dermatologist: Usually, Yaz would help to reduce acne, esp on the face. however, you might require another Rx med to be used along with your current birth control meds. This other med , called Spironolactone may be prescribed by your dermatologist as well as one or more topical creams or washes. I would advise seeing the dermatologist soon.
