Yes: You should isolate and, in my opinion, get tested. If positive you should isolate for 14 days and no symptoms for at least 3 days. Call your physician for instructions and advice about treatment.

COVID 19 concerns: Yes - please quarantine. In South Africa- one consults with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. This warrants assessment.
