Yes, you should immediately self isolate & get a COVID-19 test. When you get tested discuss when vaccination would be good for you if you are not already vaccinated. You may have COVID-19, flu or some other infectious illness which should be treated with isolation & supportive care as soon as possible. I wish you well with your health!
